Medical commission examination procedures

Before the first aviation medical examination, you must provide the following:

personal identification document
medical certificate from your GP (diseases, injuries, operations)
statement from a doctor – psychiatrist, that there are no contraindications for work related to flights
statement from a doctor – narcologist, that there are no contraindications for work related to flights (certificate from a psychiatrist and narcologist, residents in Riga receive in psychiatric dispensary Tvaika iela 2; other cities and districts - in their district or city health centers)
lung X-ray (description)
nasal cavities X-ray (description and X-ray)

Documents must be in the state language (Latvian) or translated into English and notarized.
